The Air Jordan 13 "Black Flint" is a nod to the "Flint Grey" that first debuted in 1998 in both moniker and color blocking. But in this instance, the duo differs from its forerunner by using black instead of blue. The entire dimpled side panel is covered in said neutral, which also matches the outsole and the lining next to it. The remainder of the shoe is more similar to its cool-toned sibling elsewhere, imitating its grey suede trim and white leather toe box/tongue, with the exception of the bright red Jumpman.
